Our commitment to ethical conduct
Crionet S.r.l. is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest standards of integrity, fairness, transparency, responsibility and respect for the law.
Our Code of Ethics sets out the principles and standards of conduct that guide the Company and all those who work with or on behalf of Crionet.
The Code applies to employees, members of corporate bodies, consultants, collaborators, suppliers, business partners and other third parties who have professional or contractual relationships with the Company.
Our principles
Crionet expects all persons covered by the Code to act with honesty, loyalty, good faith, fairness, diligence, impartiality and transparency in the performance of their activities and in their relationships with others.
In particular, Crionet is committed to:
- complying with applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures;
- preventing conflicts of interest and any conduct that could compromise independent and impartial decision-making;
- promoting equal opportunities and protecting the dignity of every individual;
- preventing discrimination, harassment and intimidation in the workplace;
- protecting the health and safety of employees and collaborators;
- conducting relationships with public authorities, clients, suppliers and business partners with integrity and transparency;
- preventing corruption, improper payments and undue benefits;
- protecting confidential information, personal data and intellectual property;
- promoting fair competition and responsible business practices;
- protecting the environment and using resources responsibly;
- promoting integrity and fairness in activities connected with the sporting industry.
Responsibility in business relationships
Crionet seeks to maintain professional relationships with individuals and organizations that share the same principles of integrity and lawful conduct.
Employees, consultants, suppliers, partners and other third parties are expected to comply with the principles of the Code and to promote ethical and responsible conduct in the activities carried out with or on behalf of Crionet.
Reporting concerns
Crionet encourages the reporting of conduct that may be inconsistent with the Code of Ethics, applicable laws or Company procedures.
The Company does not tolerate retaliation, discrimination or penalization against persons who submit reports in accordance with the applicable rules and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the persons involved.
