Giorgio Garcia Agreda
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Crionet, Giorgio Garcia-Agreda leads the company’s strategic vision and international growth, driving innovation across sports technology, event management, data intelligence, digital platforms, and media production.
An engineer and digital strategist with more than 20 years of experience, he has led transformation, CRM, marketing performance, and business development initiatives across the sports, media, technology, banking, automotive, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Giorgio has been recognised as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for 16 years, currently in the AI ERP category, following previous recognition in CRM, Dynamics 365, and Business Applications. He is also an international speaker, author, and contract professor at LUISS Business School, where he teaches Applied CRM, Customer Insights, and Digital Marketing KPIs.
A former ATP Challenger Tournament Director, he combines strong technological and commercial expertise with a deep understanding of professional sport. Multilingual and internationally oriented, he is passionate about data, innovation, user experience, and integrated digital ecosystems.

Gaetano Guarino
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Gaetano Guarino leads Crionet’s global commercial strategy across markets, services, and technology solutions, supporting the Group’s continued growth and international expansion.
With extensive experience in sports business development, media rights, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships, he works closely with federations, tournaments, rights holders, broadcasters, investors, and technology partners to identify new opportunities and develop sustainable, long-term collaborations.
Gaetano combines a deep understanding of the sports industry with a pragmatic and results-driven approach, translating clients’ strategic and operational needs into integrated solutions that create tangible commercial value. He also plays a central role in expanding Crionet’s presence across new regions and verticals, strengthening key relationships and positioning the Group as a trusted global partner for sports technology, data, media, and event services.

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Stefano Mastrippolito oversees Crionet Group’s financial strategy, planning, governance, and performance across its international markets, business units, and subsidiaries.
With a strong background in financial management, corporate governance, international operations, and SaaS business models, he ensures that the Group’s growth remains sustainable, data-driven, and supported by robust financial processes. He leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, investment assessment, and performance analysis, providing the financial insight required to support informed strategic decisions.
Stefano plays a central role in aligning financial management with Crionet’s long-term vision, improving operational efficiency and organisational scalability while supporting product innovation, acquisitions, and global expansion. Through his leadership, he helps maintain financial discipline while enabling the Group to pursue new market opportunities and deliver sustainable long-term value.

Chief Technology Officer
Dino Esposito is a prominent italian software architect, digital strategist and author. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has written over 20 books—notably for Microsoft Press—and 1,000+ articles, helping shape .NET and web development training for generations of programmers worldwide.Started his programming career in 1992 using C before witnessing the emergence of .NET and various web architectures.Authored benchmark technical books including Clean Architecture in .NET (2024) and Introducing Machine Learning (2020).Accumulated over 10,000 hours of training and delivered hundreds of conference talks globally.Served in digital strategy and tech roles across sectors, including energy/smart cities and sport-tech.Currently operates as the CTO at Crionet, leading IT operations and digital infrastructure for professional tennis and padel worldwide -
Roberto Cavallini
Head of Products
As Senior Head of Product at Crionet, Roberto Cavallini leads the evolution of the company’s products and services across television broadcasting, digital platforms, digital services, and content and programme production.
Drawing on extensive experience gained through senior roles at leading international companies including Microsoft, Sky, NOW TV, and Technogym, Roberto brings a strong combination of technology expertise, product vision, media industry knowledge, and customer-focused innovation. His diverse professional background enables him to connect technological capabilities with commercial objectives and evolving market expectations.
His primary mission is to understand clients’ operational and strategic needs, translating them into effective, scalable solutions that generate tangible value for both customers and the wider market. He oversees product roadmaps, defines feature priorities, coordinates cross-functional development initiatives, and evaluates the commercial and operational impact of new products and services.
Through his leadership, Roberto ensures that customer insight, technology, user experience, and business strategy remain closely aligned, supporting continuous innovation and the sustainable growth of Crionet’s entire product portfolio.

As Senior Director of Business Development for Racket Sports, Matteo leads Crionet’s commercial growth and strategic development across the global tennis, padel, and wider racket sports ecosystem. Drawing on his extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for tennis, he works closely with federations, tournaments, clubs, academies, rights holders, broadcasters, and media partners to identify new opportunities and develop tailored, technology-driven solutions.
Combining a strong focus on client acquisition with a long-term approach to relationship building, Matteo connects Crionet’s platforms and services with the evolving operational, commercial, and digital needs of sports organisations. His deep understanding of tennis and the wider racket sports industry enables him to build strategic partnerships, support market expansion, and position Crionet as a trusted technology partner across the international sports landscape.

With extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, he brings a deep understanding of live production environments, technical workflows, signal distribution, and event delivery. Working closely with clients, partners, and technical teams, Marco ensures that infrastructure, technology, and on-site operations are fully aligned, maintaining the highest standards of performance, reliability, and service quality.
