The Role

We’re looking for motivated and travel-ready freelancers to join our Operations Team.

You’ll take part in onsite missions (10–12 days) across the globe, supporting major sporting events — from setup to live operations and dismantling.

As a Crionet representative onsite, you’ll ensure technical requirements are met, work closely with local staff, and help make each event a success.

You may work independently or within a multicultural team, tackling real operational challenges with a hands-on mindset and support from Crionet specialists.

What You’ll Do

✅ Follow a structured training path to gain technical and operational autonomy

✅ Set up and dismantle technical workstations at tournaments and events

✅ Connect and manage devices and networking equipment

✅ Liaise with local teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

✅ Troubleshoot and support live operations with remote assistance

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in English

• Interest in sports, especially tennis, to understand the event context

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• A valid passport and passion for traveling worldwide

The Role

We’re seeking a middle full-stack .Net Developer (min. 2 years of experience) to join our development team. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from back-end systems to cross-platform applications, in an environment where technology meets sport and your work directly supports live international events.

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage the full software lifecycle: requirements, development, testing and maintenance

✅ Develop APIs and complex platform with .NET Core / C#

✅ Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server)

✅ Contributes to the development of web and mobile apps

✅  Review and optimize code to ensure quality, scalability and performance

✅ Collaborate closely with product, design and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively

✅ Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation

What We’re Looking for

Strong programming skills in C# and solid knowledge of .NET Core (min. 2 years of experience)

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JS framework and libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery,etc)

Hands-on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks

Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems

Awarness of security best practices and performance optimization

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred)

Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Experience with .NET MAUI for mobile development.

Experience with JS front-end framework such as VueJS, Angular, React, ecc.

Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
